If you placed your order on and your plates, bowls, or mugs were damaged during shipping, please contact Amazon customer service, let them know items broke during shipping, and they will send you a free replacement.

If you received an imperfect bowl or plate, please send your order number, the item that needs to be replaced (size of bowl or plate and design/color), AND your shipping address. Leaving a phone number is also helpful.
